Administrator

Support the Head of School in implementation of all school policies, procedures, communications, events, etc. The specific duties may be combined or shared as needed according to the needs of the school.

 

Qualifications:
​
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Two to three years related experience, preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Evidence of continuing education and professional growth to include meeting all necessary requirements as established by state law and regulatory agencies.

  • Must be able to pass a background check.

  • Within first 30 days of employment must be able to meet all necessary requirements as established by state law and regulatory agencies.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Required attendance and participation in all staff meetings.

  • Manage the admissions process including but not limited to: marketing, inquiries, tours, applications, acceptance and enrollment, initial tuition payment system sign-up, etc.

  • Maintain paperwork and know the level of enrollment for the current and following year.

  • Manage written internal and external communication with staff, parents, and community.

  • Manage school marketing, social media, and routine media inquiries.

  • Manage emergency communications including school closures, parent notification of school situations, media inquiries, etc.

  • Maintain employee records with regards to licensing requirements.

  • Coordinate facilities maintenance.

  • Maintain student records with regards to licensing requirements.

  • Manage tuition payment system.

  • Handle all records requests.

  • Required attendance and participation in all staff meetings.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand, bend, lift and work in an outdoor playground environment for extended periods of time while supervising children.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
